What can we connect and what does it cost?

How do I organise a connection? 
Whenever we can offer connection on the product you’re looking to purchase we will present you with the option to add the service to your order from within your shopping basket. Just look out for the below:
If the option is not presented to you then, regrettably, we don’t offer connection on that product at this time. Currently, we can only offer to connect your product when you have your items delivered and collections are excluded.
Alternatively, when a member of our friendly Sales Team contacts you to discuss delivery arrangements simply advise them you’d like to organise for a connection to take place. They’ll talk you through the process and book it in at the same time as confirming a delivery date.

Anything else I should know? 
For your and our engineer’s safety, some rules and exclusions do apply. Please note the following:
- Old appliances must be disconnected and removed by you prior to our engineer arriving.
- Connections can only be made within 1 metre of the existing water, drainage and power supplies.
- Electrical products cannot be connected in the bathroom.
- Any new pipes supplied with the appliance must be used in all circumstances.
- The engineer must have access to turn off the water supply.
- We cannot wall mount LCD or Plasma television.
- We will not reposition Hi-Fi or Home Cinema equipment within the room including taking up of carpets, floorboards etc to run / hide cabling.
- We will not carry out any electrical, carpentry or plumbing work including the removal of worktops or alter existing cabinet arrangements.
- We will not stack appliances or move other appliances to new locations.
- Connection cannot be completed after the day of delivery and must be organised in advance of the delivery date.
- We cannot connect any gas cookers.
- Our engineer reserves the right to refuse connection where safety and insurance restrictions apply.
