  • quote What a service. Had a problem with an item 11 months after purchase. New computer so no original emails etc. Emailed from the web site (only provided name and postcode) and got a phone call from ED 14 minutes later. Within 5 minutes I had all the details needed and a promise of proof of purchase for the engineer. If only all customer service was like this. MANY thanks. quote

They fulfilled every promise and my JVC TV arrived (after a call from the driver 45 mins before delivery) quickly, in first class condition and bang on date/ time. ED give a professional, quality service and their communication and customer service levels are outstanding. My special thanks to Robin Kenyon whose personal help (treated as an individual not just a number!)and courtesy was greatly appreciated. As a born sceptic ED certainly won me over and I will definitely recommend and use again. quote
