I have just had a Sony TV delivered ordered online.
It is so refreshing to find a site such as yours which still seems to put customers first.
At every stage we were kept informed and treated like "people" and questions answered politely and quickly.
Even the delivery drivers were happy and willing to help where possible.
As an aside I could not match your prices anywhere and believe me I looked.

Found your website by accident as I was interested in a Sony LCD and a digital camera. Found you had a store I could visit and look at your range in Romford. I order my new Panasonic plasma telly and it arrived with no fuss or bother on teh day agreed. It developed a fault which made the fan noisy but Empire offered a replacement with no fuss at all. Great service, good price and good support you will clearly be very sucessful

Placed and order for a washing machine Tuesday late afternoon, Received a phone call the next day giving us an option of delivery days, we chose Saturday, Received another phone call from delivery driver Saturday, informing us of delivery within the hour, they turned up on time, Very helpful they unpacked the machine and took the packing away and even offered to wait while I disconnected the old machine so they could take it away for me, Excellent Service, Thanks.
