The customer service was excellent and I would definatly recommend them to anyone who is concidering making a electrical purchace. Other companies that I have made purchaces with have been lousy and their customer service with very poor. Thanks EmpireDirect for a good, reliable service.

• I am so impressed! I ordered online on Tuesday and received a phone call within an hour to tell me who would deliver my item the following Monday. I would receive a text on Friday to give me a time slot (9am-1pm) and the courier would call an hour beforehand to let me know they were on their way. 'Hmm' I thought, 'yeah right, I've had promises like that before' but lo and behold, it went according to plan, I got the text and the phone call and my delivery was made bang on time. All too often excellent service goes un-noticed, it's only the bad things you hear about, so I am delighted to say that I will most definitely be back and I will be recommending EmpireDirect to everyone!

• I purchased a LCD TV in Oct which was delivered the correct day and on time,( unlike many other retailers ),and without hesitation I have already purchased a camcorder this year and again it was a perfect transaction, why go anywhere else ? just buy it.

• Purchased a Phillips tv from the Manchester branch this morning. The staff could not have been more helpful, tv worked out £50 cheaper than Comet or Currys and for £30 got a 3 year warranty on the tv and anything else I buy over £200 what more could you want. Will be back soon for some surround speakers. All in all excellent prices with excellent service.

• Very impressed with the service - an excellent price on a washer dryer, £20 less than the nearest rival, and the delivery was on time and we were kept informed by the drivers on the day! Cannot fault it, keep up the good service.
