• I ordered a Frigidaire Mini Oven as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately the item was out of stock and unavailable for approximately a month. As I needed the item quickly, I cancelled my order. The staff were friendly, courteous and tried to find a replacement item. They called back when they said they would and tried to help as much as possible. As a replacement couldn't be found, my order was cancelled and a prompt refund made to my card. I had read negative reviews from other websites about Empire Direct, but my experience has lead me to doubt those negative comments. They were very helpful.

The price was excellent however where ED sets its self above the others is that the after sales service was helpful,responsive and brilliant. • Fantastic service for recent purchase of Panasonic TX37LZD85 LCD TV. Price matched the best on the internet and added bonus of a three year warranty. Delivery arrived within 2 days. Set looks perfect though haven't tried it yet! Highly recommended.
